Dear Elector,

It would be a privilege to work on behalf of the residents of Appleton Ward. I would work tirelessly to stand up for local residents, listen to their concerns and take action on problem areas. I would work for quality services provided by the Council and seek improvements for residents. I look forward to developing excellent links with all parts of the community; schools, businesses, care homes, health services and local residents. I want to work to keep our precious Green belt, get our pot holes fixed, ensure adequate street lighting, keep our streets safe for all our residents young and old. I want to keep our libraries open so that people who want to choose a book, use a computer, attend a book group, join the summer read, knit and natter all have somewhere safe to go. Let’s work to keep the heart of our community open. I welcome the opportunity to speak for local residents and represent their views.
